It was actually a complete joy to play with her. Watching her mind work as she figured out how to creatively draw the image on the card she drew, drawing my own versions of the items and seeing her eyes sparkle as the image came to life. It was just so much fun for us both.
The fun was tripled when our Kindergartener joined in as well. His concentration with each line and curve was admirable and he was so incredibly proud of his work.

While you do need a little more supplies to play this printable St. Patrick’s Day kid’s game, the prep work is really small.
Just print your cards, cut, gather a pen and paper, and you are ready to play!
I highly recommend you laminate the cards to protect them and so they can be used again and again (because the kids are going to want to play again and again.)
How To Play St. Patrick’s Day Pictionary
With 30 printable clue cards, the game can take as long or as short as you and your players prefer.
- Pile the cards in a bucket or face down.
- Player 1 picks a card and draws what it says.
- Everyone else guesses what the card says based on what Player 1 is drawing.
If you want to add a bit more of a challenge to you, you can play in teams or set a timer to guess. There are so many varations that work for lots of different ages and abilities.
