Ok, truth telling time:

I’ve never been that into Halloween.

Admitedlly, I get freaked out from scary movies, I don’t like thinking about the non-dead in forms of zombies and mummies coming to life, and I am just not one to dress up in elaborate costumes.

However, my three kids love Halloween. They adore dressing up any time of year (at least the girls do) and they love chatting up the neighbors during trick or treating.

My goal is to make the Halloween magic for them in ways that are not overly spooky or gory. Incorporating some holiday play like with this Halloween Roll a Movement game is easy and exciting for us all.

With a quick print, this Halloween printable movement game will have the whole group embracing the holiday spirit while moving your body in creative ways.

Game Directions

With minimal materials needed, all you have to do is print your page and grab your dice to be ready to play. I do recommend that you laminate your Halloween printable movement game so you can play again and again without worry of a reprint. I have had this simple laminator for years and love it.

If two dice is too much for your young player, just cut the movements down to numbers 1-6 and use one die to play. It will still be a hoot and not overwhelm your player.

How To Play:

1. Player 1 rolls two dice (or one, depending on what you chose). Count the number on the dice and then everyone moves as directed for that corresponding number.

2. Player 2 rolls and does the corresponding move. Continue until you have complete all the movements.

3. Extend this activity by keeping score. The first person to roll all 12 numbers wins.
