Bring on the Independence Day games with this 4th of July Pictionary For Kids. Your printable allows all ages to join in on the festive fun. This is an excellent game for camp games, Fourth of July parties, and classroom fun.
My kids are no stranger to a Pictionary game. When their mom makes printable games for a living, they get to be the quality control (or guinea pigs).
When we finally sat down to play this 4th of July Pictionary game, I could not believe how involved all 3 kids (then ages 7, 5, and 4) became in the game. Even Dad jumped in when he finished work.
Cut to an hour later and the game was still going strong.
Everyone was drawing intensely, celebrating each other’s work, and enjoying the guessing and conversations that come along with the game itself.
It was a true joy to watch the enthusiasm and concentration happening around the table.

How Prep This Printable Pictionary Game
It is so simple to set this game up. All you have to do is print the 2 pages that include the 30 drawing cards, gather your drawing supplies, and you are ready to go!
There is an optional score card for 3 teams that you can print if you are chosing to play on teams.
You might want to laminate the drawing cards, so you don’t get them messy during the drawing festivities.
How To Play 4th of July Pictionary
We played a new way for the first time during this game.
Each player picked a drawing card at the same time and kept it secret (or tried to). All together, everyone drew their own image. Once all players were done drawing, we went around the table one at a time to show our work and have everyone guess.
It was wonderful to play this way! Everyone got to draw a ton and share their skills. There was no waiting, and no rushing to get the guess first. It was a very pleasant and inclusive way to play.
Of course, you chose the best way to play for your group. You can go the standard route of teams, timers, and scores.
